KD-Motorsav respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how KD Træfældning collects, uses, stores, protects and deletes personal data when you use our website, ERP system and connected services, including Google Calendar, Facebook Pages and Instagram Business.

1. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for processing personal data is:

KD Træfældning
CVR: 32203027
Address: Bjergegade 68, 6870 Ølgod
Email: kd.motorsav@gmail.com
Website: https://kd-motorsav.dk

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use KD Træfældning, we may process:

  • Name and contact details.
  • Email address and telephone number.
  • Company name and business information.
  • Account and user profile information.
  • Customer, employee, project, quotation, invoice and service information entered into the system.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, login time and security logs.
  • Information submitted through contact forms or support requests.

3. Google Calendar and Google User Data

When an authorised user connects a Google account to KD Træfældning, Google asks the user to approve the requested permissions before access is granted.

Depending on the permissions approved by the user, KD Træfældning may process:

  • The connected Google account email address.
  • Google OAuth access and refresh tokens.
  • Google Calendar identifiers.
  • Calendar event information, including event title, description, date, time, location and attendees.

Google Calendar data is used only to provide calendar integration features requested by the authorised user, such as:

  • Displaying relevant calendar events in KD Træfældning.
  • Creating calendar events from planned work.
  • Updating synchronised calendar events.
  • Deleting synchronised events when requested.
  • Maintaining the connection between the systems.

KD Træfældning does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, profiling, credit assessment or sale to third parties.

KD Træfældning's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Facebook, Instagram and Meta User Data

When an authorised administrator connects Facebook or Instagram, Meta displays its own authorisation screen and asks the user to approve the requested permissions.

Depending on the approved permissions, we may process:

  • The connected Meta account ID and account name.
  • Facebook Page IDs, names and Page access tokens.
  • Instagram Business account ID and username.
  • OAuth access tokens and their expiry information.
  • Project text, links and images selected by an authorised user for publication.
  • IDs and status information for posts and media created through the integration.

This information is used only to list Pages and connected Instagram Business accounts, publish user-selected project content, check publication status and delete content when an authorised user requests it.

We do not use Meta data for advertising profiles, independent marketing, surveillance, credit decisions or sale to third parties. We request only permissions needed for the enabled Facebook Page and Instagram Business features.

Meta access tokens are stored encrypted and are not displayed after storage. Facebook and Instagram integrations are optional and can be disconnected in the integration settings.

5. How We Use Personal Data

We may use personal data to:

  • Provide and operate the KD Træfældning system.
  • Authenticate users and protect their accounts.
  • Manage customers, employees, projects and work plans.
  • Create quotations, invoices and accounting records.
  • Provide Google Calendar synchronisation.
  • Respond to enquiries and support requests.
  • Prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised access.
  • Maintain logs and audit trails.
  • Comply with legal and bookkeeping obligations.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and improve our services.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, personal data may be processed on one or more of the following grounds:

  • Performance of a contract: processing required to provide requested services.
  • Legal obligation: processing required under accounting, tax or other law.
  • Legitimate interests: operating, securing and improving the system and business.
  • Consent: where consent is specifically requested, including authorising access to a Google account.

A Google connection is voluntary and may be disconnected by an authorised user.

7. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal data, Google user data or Meta platform data.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers where necessary to operate KD Træfældning, including:

  • Web hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Email and communication providers.
  • Backup and security providers.
  • Google, when Google services are connected.
  • Meta Platforms, when Facebook or Instagram services are connected.
  • Professional advisers or public authorities where required by law.

Service providers may process data only for the agreed purpose and subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

8. Data Storage and Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

These measures may include:

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Encrypted storage of Google and Meta OAuth credentials and tokens.
  • Role-based access controls.
  • Authentication and session security.
  • Security and audit logging.
  • Backups and recovery procedures.
  • Restricted administrative access.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to apply protections appropriate to the nature of the data being processed.

9. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including contractual, security, accounting and legal requirements.

Accounting and business records may be retained for the period required by applicable Danish law.

Google and Meta OAuth tokens are retained while the relevant integration remains connected. When a connection is removed, stored access and refresh tokens are deleted or invalidated, subject to limited security logging and legal requirements.

Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten according to the backup schedule.

10. Disconnecting Integrations and Requesting Data Deletion

An authorised administrator can disconnect Google Calendar, Facebook or Instagram from the integration settings in KD Træfældning. Disconnecting removes the locally stored OAuth access and refresh tokens for that provider.

Google access can also be revoked through the connected Google account. Facebook and Instagram access can be removed through the connected Meta account and its business integration settings.

To request deletion of personal data, Google-related data, Facebook data or Instagram data, contact: kd.motorsav@gmail.com . State the connected account or Page and the data to be deleted. We will verify the request, disconnect the relevant integration, delete stored provider tokens and remove provider account identifiers and integration settings unless retention is legally required.

This section is our public user-data deletion instruction for Meta applications. Requests may also ask for deletion of content published through the integration where the platform permits it.

Some information may need to be retained where required by accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention or security obligations.

11. Your Data-Protection Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of personal data.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Object to certain processing.
  • Receive eligible data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Submit a complaint to the relevant data-protection supervisory authority.

Requests may be submitted to kd.motorsav@gmail.com . We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

12. Cookies and Sessions

KD Træfældning may use essential cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session management, security and user preferences.

Where non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are used, additional information and consent may be provided through a separate cookie notice.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal obligations or data-processing practices change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
