These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the KD Træfældning website, ERP system and connected services.

By accessing or using KD Træfældning, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

KD Træfældning is a business-management and ERP system that may include functionality for:

User and employee administration.
Customer and contact management.
Project and work planning.
Quotations, invoices and related documents.
Service and production workflows.
Reporting and administrative dashboards.
Google Calendar integration.
Facebook Page publishing integration.
Instagram Business publishing integration.
Other connected services and integrations.

Features may be added, modified, suspended or removed as the service develops.

3. Authorised Use

KD Træfældning may only be used by individuals who are authorised by the relevant business or account administrator.

Users must:

Provide accurate account information.
Keep login credentials confidential.
Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Follow internal permissions and access restrictions.
Notify the administrator of suspected unauthorised access.

An account may not be shared with another person unless the service expressly permits shared access.

4. User Responsibilities

Users and account administrators are responsible for:

Ensuring information entered into KD Træfældning is accurate and lawful.
Reviewing quotations, invoices and records before they are issued or relied upon.
Maintaining appropriate access permissions for employees.
Ensuring they have a lawful basis for entering personal data.
Maintaining any licences, approvals or permissions required for their activities.
Using exports and accounting information appropriately.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Attempt to bypass access controls or security measures.
Access another user's data without authorisation.
Upload malware, harmful code or malicious content.
Interfere with the operation, availability or security of the service.
Reverse engineer or copy protected parts of the service except where permitted by law.
Use Google or Meta platform data for purposes not approved by the connected account holder.
Use the service in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

6. Google Calendar, Facebook and Instagram Integrations

Google Calendar integration is optional. A user must authorise access through Google's OAuth consent process before KD Træfældning can access the connected calendar.

By connecting a Google account, the user instructs KD Træfældning to use the approved Google permissions to provide calendar integration functions.

The user is responsible for ensuring that calendar events and attendee information are entered and synchronised lawfully.

A Google connection may be disconnected through KD Træfældning integration settings or revoked through the connected Google account.

Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google is an independent service provider, and KD Træfældning does not control the availability or operation of Google's services.

Facebook Page and Instagram Business integrations are optional. An authorised administrator must approve the permissions shown by Meta before KD Træfældning can list connected Pages or professional accounts and publish content.

By connecting a Meta account, the user instructs KD Træfældning to use the approved permissions to publish project text, links or images selected by the user, check publication status and delete published content when requested.

Users must have authority to manage the selected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account and must ensure that all published text, images and personal data may lawfully be shared.

Facebook and Instagram connections may be disconnected through KD Træfældning integration settings or removed through the connected Meta account. Use of Meta services is also subject to Meta's applicable terms and policies.

7. Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be temporarily limited due to:

Scheduled maintenance.
Security updates.
Emergency repairs.
Hosting or network failures.
Third-party service interruptions.
Events outside our reasonable control.

8. Data, Records and Backups

Users remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into the service.

KD Træfældning may maintain backups, audit trails and security logs to support service continuity, legal compliance and investigation of misuse.

Users should retain any independent copies or exports required for their own operational, legal or accounting obligations.

9. Accounting and Business Documents

KD Træfældning may assist with producing quotations, invoices, receipts, reports and accounting-related records.

The account owner remains responsible for reviewing documents, applying correct tax treatment, maintaining required records and complying with applicable accounting, VAT and bookkeeping legislation.

KD Træfældning does not replace professional legal, tax or accounting advice.

10. Intellectual Property

The software, design, source code, branding, documentation and other materials associated with KD Træfældning are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of KD Træfældning or its intellectual property.

11. Third-Party Services

KD Træfældning may integrate with services supplied by third parties, including Google and Meta Platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability and technical limitations. We are not responsible for changes, outages or actions caused by a third-party provider outside our reasonable control.

12. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where:

These Terms are materially violated.
Unauthorised or unlawful activity is suspected.
The service or other users are placed at security risk.
Payment obligations are not met, where applicable.
A contractual relationship ends.
Suspension is required by law or a public authority.

Information may continue to be retained where required for accounting, tax, legal, audit, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and subject to applicable mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by law, KD Træfældning is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss caused by incorrect user-entered information or interruption caused by external providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Users should verify important financial, operational and calendar information before relying upon it.

14. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy .

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, applicable law or business requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting us in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution.
